Promotions & Membership Coordinator

Radio Woodstock is looking for an organized, personable coordinator to manage our membership program and coordinate station promotions. As part of the Marketing & Promotions team, you’ll work with our Marketing Director, Sales, Programming, and Production teams to carry out approved plans.

What you’ll do

• Handle member questions, renewals, benefits, and fulfillment, and support two annual on-air membership drives.
• Coordinate logistics for four member events each year, along with station events.
• Schedule contests and giveaways, track prizes and winners, and coordinate prize delivery.
• Produce the weekly VIP e-newsletter and website updates.
• Maintain promotional and merchandise inventory and support community programs.

What we’re looking for

You’re a strong writer who is highly organized, works well with people, and can manage several deadlines at once. Experience in promotions, events, membership, marketing, or media is helpful. Knowledge of Radio Woodstock and the Hudson Valley is a plus.

This is a 40-hour-per-week position with occasional evening and weekend events and regional travel. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
