You’re Qualified

Win a pair of lawn tickets on the air and you’ll be automatically entered in the grand-prize upgrade drawing.

No extra entry is needed. Once you win lawn tickets on the air, you are automatically qualified for the grand-prize upgrade package.

The Grand-Prize Upgrade

One of the 10 lawn-ticket winners will be upgraded to a pair of VIP tickets plus an overnight stay for two in an on-site Deluxe Glamping tent at Bethel Woods.

The grand-prize upgrade drawing will take place on Monday, August 31. The winner will be notified via email.

  • A raised-platform Jr. Safari Tent for two people, with your choice of one queen bed or two twin beds.
  • Bedding, a fan, and an electrical power strip are included.
  • Access to nearby restrooms and showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels are not provided.
  • Complimentary access to The Museum at Bethel Woods from 8 AM to 10 AM the morning after the show.
  • Free admission to the Green Room before the concert.
  • Located steps from a private entrance into The Pavilion for easy access to the show.

How This Giveaway Works

  1. Listen to Radio Woodstock 100.1 WDST or stream live at radiowoodstock.com throughout the contest week.
  2. Listen for an on-air opportunity to win and follow the instructions given by the Radio Woodstock DJ.
  3. Radio Woodstock will award 10 on-air winners one pair of lawn tickets to see Alabama Shakes with very special guest Mavis Staples at Bethel Woods on Friday, September 4.
  4. Each on-air lawn-ticket winner will be automatically entered into the grand-prize upgrade drawing. No additional action or entry is required.
  5. One of the 10 on-air winners will receive an upgrade to a pair of VIP tickets plus an overnight Deluxe Glamping stay for two on the Bethel Woods campus.
  6. The grand-prize upgrade drawing will take place on Monday, August 31. The winner will be notified via email.

Eligibility & Official Terms

Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Radio Woodstock, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Contest (collectively, the “Radio Woodstock Affiliates”), and the immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of Radio Woodstock & Affiliates personnel are not eligible.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Radio Woodstock & Affiliates. The winner will be selected and contacted via email. Decisions of Radio Woodstock are final on all matters. Limit one prize per person and household address. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prize

Prizes are not transferable.

State or Federal Photo I.D. is required when claiming the prize. Only the winner's name on the prize sheet may obtain the prize. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. Social Security Card and Driver's License are required for cash prizes and prizes over $600.00. Prizes are held for 30 days or until the last business day before an event's date.

All winners agree that by accepting a prize, they consent to promote their name, voice, and/or photo by Radio Woodstock on the Radio Woodstock website and Social Media channels. Radio Woodstock reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time.
