A supersonic stew, from deep dusty gems to present-day ditties. There is a theme to each episode, whether it be super subtle or hit you over the head obvious. Guests and interviews from time to time. Vinyl-centric. Nearly 14 years ago, Devyn began producing her radio show, Too Dark for Disney, for a tiny independent radio station in her hometown of Austin, Texas. After a few years of traveling the country, Devyn landed in Asheville, North Carolina, where she has been residing for the past decade. In Asheville, Devyn is fully immersed in the musical world...She manages a local record shop, holds a residency as an all vinyl DJ two nights a week and volunteers at a community radio station, AshevilleFM, where Too Dark for Disney has aired weekly for the past 8 years. Devyn considers herself a musical librarian of sorts, and her favorite thing to do is curate sound for a room. She also tours with a few notable bands as the merch gal, which she deeply digs.
