It was an exciting time in Woodstock when I arrived in 1979. I bumped into Paul Butterfield on the street (literally). I met Rick Danko, John Sebastian, the Isley Brothers, and Albert Grossman. I attended Meatloaf’s wedding at Todd Rundgren’s house. That was just my first week!
There were rumors of a new radio station opening up, and I wanted to be a part of what I knew would be an incredible endeavor. That was more than 40 years ago….
It’s been a long and winding road, and I found my home at Radio Woodstock.
