Join Radio Woodstock 100.1 at the Beacon Sloop Club Annual Corn Festival this Sunday, August, 12th, noon-5pm at the Beacon Waterfront. Fresh, ready to eat local Hudson Valley sweet corn on the cob, meat and vegetarian chile, stone soup and additional summer treats will also be available. Vendor food, craft's, environmental displays, a children's area all at the Beacon's Farmer's Market. Come early and sign up for a free public sail on the Woody Guthrie.
The afternoon entertainment will be Spook Handy, Hank Woji, Jann Klose, Emily Hurd, The Howland Wolves, Sarah Underhill, Melissa Orquist & Karen Brooks powered by the club's solar panel trailer.
