This is it. This is our cause. This is our love. The first annual Newburgh record convention is happening July 14th, 2012 and we here at Outsider Magazine and Vista Fanzine wish to invite anyone and everyone in reaching distance to attend. The hours are 11am till 7pm with re-entry the entire day. This will allow you to come & go as you please while still being able to enjoy the event. This will allow you to enjoy the day on your own scheduele. We will have multiple vendors from all over the tri-state area as well as our own local area with lots of rare vinyl records, cd's, dvds, cassette tapes, shirts, toys, food & a bunch of other oddities that need to be seen to be believed. Also during the afternoon there will be low-key musical performances that will entertain you to pieces. This event will take place at the Railroad Playhouse. This venue is becoming our main home for music events and this is a great opportunity to walk through the building, hang out and see what we are all about. Since we believe in not only providing a stage for bands we love to be seen & heard we also believe in giving-back to our community. All the money at the door will go right to the fine folks at the Railroad Playhouse. The door price is set low for everyone's convenience { $4 or $3 with a flier, which you can find in the photo-section on the OUTSIDER MAGAZINE page and below here in the "comment" section}. Parents, this is a kid friendly event so please feel free to bring the kiddies! All children under the age of 13 will be allowed in for FREE with a parent or guardian. Food will be available all day directly across the hall at the Pizza Shoppe and they provide a full Italian/American menu and also serve beer, wine and soft drinks. There is great parking and the Railroad Playhouse is a really nice spacious, fully air conditioned performing arts theater. We hope to see you all there. Invite your friends!
